(100 words): Because I have a lot of experience Staffing, as well as am a great member of staff. My biggest drawback, is sense of respect. With me, I couldnt care less about ideals of respect, so I prob lose points there. Overall though, I am a great member of staff, as when I can, I deal with issues fairly and swiftly. (Im prob not gonna get to 100 words, if this isn't enough, you can just like, have an interview with me or somethin) What will you do to improve the sever?: Bring in more players as I create a very compelling atmosphere, and can make friends with just about anybody. I have been known to be able to keep people on servers as long as possible via open conversation, setting up events (for some servers), and just plain doing dumb things to let them laugh.[/b][/u] [u][b]Are you familiar with ULX commands?: Very. One example is when someone is just walking around and BOOM they get shot randomly, that's RDM. Another example is when someone walks into a base and just kills someone because they wanted to. YET ANOTHER exampe is when someone is like buying a gun from a gun dealer, and some guy walks in, buys a gun, say, an M16A4 (M9K), gets the gun, and then kills the Gun Dealer, that is RDM, as there was no reason to kill the dealer.[/b][/u] [u][b]Explain NLR and 2 examples: NLR is New Life Rule, it is where when you die, you may not participate in RP activities in the area in which you died. This will last for 3 minutes. If you return to that area, you are breaking NLR as well as committing FailRP, as you are not allowed back there yet. An example is if you are being raided, and get killed, then you immediately return and killed the raiders. This goes against the 3 most common DarkRP rules, NLR, RevengeRP, and FailRP. Explain Meta-gaming and 2 examples: Meta-Gaming is using OOC information and using it in RP situations. (ie Committing FearRP by usinc OOC information to keep someone under your control) Another example is when someone asks where someone is in OOC chat, and then uses that information to (i.e) Raid the person. Honestly though, as long as you dont use the OOC information to do bad stuff to people like raiding or mugging, you probably wont get reported, but if you do something like that, you can get in trouble for Metagaming. I dont encourage using OOC info to find people, but just dont do anything bad.[/b][/u] [u][b]Explain Glow effect abuse and 2 examples: I honestly dont know what Glow Effect abuse is. But Im just assuming it's when people abuse the bright light tool.
